Last updated: 22 July 2026
ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS
Professional access only
Attendance is restricted to professionals and organisations with a direct connection to preclinical and clinical cosmetic testing, R&D, or associated industries. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not meet this requirement.
Badge & identity
Only pre-registered badge holders may attend. Badges are personal and non-transferable. Attendees may be asked to present a photo ID matching their badge at any time. Anyone unable to do so may be refused entry without compensation. Altered or fraudulently obtained badges are immediately void.
Minimum age
No one under the age of 18 may attend without the prior written approval of the organiser.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Confirmation
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email from the organiser and full payment of the applicable fee. Prices are stated in euros (HT and TTC) and may vary depending on the registration date.
Payment methods
Payment is accepted by bank card, bank transfer, or cheque (drawn on a bank domiciled in France). Full payment is due at the time of registration.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Right of withdrawal - 14 days
In accordance with French consumer law, participants have 14 days from the date of registration to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a full refund, provided the event has not yet taken place. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal request.
Cancellation by the organiser
If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason other than force majeure or the participant's own actions, the organiser will notify participants as soon as possible. Registered participants may request a full refund in writing, which will be processed within 14 days.
Force majeure
The organiser may change the venue or postpone the event in cases of force majeure (as defined by French law). In such cases, no compensation will be owed to participants for travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs.
CONDUCT & ON-SITE RULES
Photography & recording
Official photographers and video crew will be present throughout the event. By attending, participants authorise the organiser to use their image and likeness for archival and promotional purposes. No attendee may photograph or record sessions without prior written permission from the organiser.
Badge scanning & data sharing
By allowing their badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, attendees consent to the sharing of their name and contact details with that exhibitor for follow-up purposes. Attendees may decline badge scanning at any time.
Prohibited conduct
Canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, or any activity likely to disrupt the event are strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
Personal property & liability
All personal belongings are brought to the venue at the attendee's own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendees are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data
Personal data collected during registration (name, organisation, email, professional profile) is processed by Skinobs for the sole purposes of managing event registration, communications, and post-event follow-up. Data is retained for 2 years after the event unless participants consent to re-use for future events. Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data by contacting contact@skinobs.com.
This policy is governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France. Mediation is available as an alternative to litigation.
